The CLSF Global Family
A Christ-centered family where you’ll always find a place to belong, grow, and serve. From home cell groups to churches across the Philippines and around the world, you will always feel at home.
The KE Satellites (Churches & Cell Groups)
Whether you are a seeker, new believer, or church-goer already, connecting to a home cell group and faithfully attending a local church are vital parts of every Christian's spiritual growth. Through fellowship, believers are encouraged, strengthened, discipled, and supported in their walk with God. A home cell group provides a place where genuine relationships are built, prayers are shared, and the Word of God is studied together in a more personal setting.
At the same time, being planted in a local church helps believers grow in unity, accountability, and service as part of the Body of Christ. As Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us, we are called not to neglect meeting together, but to encourage one another in faith and love.
God's Call to Connect: if you live in Metro Manila, you are most welcome to come and connect to fellow believers in any cell group and KE Satellite church near you. In a small group and community setting, we are able to develop deep friendship and a closer walk with the Lord through caring for one another and nurturing in God's Word, worship, prayer, and witnessing to others.
What is a KE Satellite?
God is awesome and wonderful! We are truly grateful to the Lord for His call to CLSF as a Philadelphia church, becoming a blessing to the Body of Christ. We want to glorify God for the mighty things He has done throughout the four decades of His faithfulness in our church. The rise of the Kuriakos Explosion (KE) strategy stimulated our church growth through the cell groups and the opening of many KE satellite churches in Metro Manila. "Kuriakos" is a Greek word, meaning, 'belonging to the Lord'.
This strategy was basically rooted in the School of Workers (SOW) training that produced many young pastors, leaders, and support ministry workers in various KE Satellite churches. It also opened the mission field to the provinces of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Soon, the KE strategy also panned out overseas with the opening of CLSF churches in Asia, the Middle East, North America, Europe, and other parts of the world.
The KE Satellites have taken on the mantle of rendering strong support to our church in terms of financing all the CLSF ministries and projects. As we continue to advance God's kingdom through more aggressive evangelism and the discipleship of more potential leaders, we are poised to reach out to many more schools and universities for the expansion of the KE ministry.
With great excitement, we look forward to saturating Metro Manila with KE satellites. We are expecting the Lord to break new ground for church growth and open more territories for the gospel. As CLSF, let us be united in enlarging the tents, strengthening the stakes, and getting ready for the great harvest of souls in the End Times.
CLSF Mission Churches and Outreaches
God's Call to Connect: If you live outside Metro Manila and you are looking for a Bible-based and Christ-centered church in your respective region or locality, we invite you to come and connect to fellow believers in any CLSF local mission church/outreach nearest you. In a community setting, we are able to develop deep friendship and a closer walk with the Lord through caring for one another and nurturing in God's Word, worship, prayer, and witnessing to others. The feeling that 'you belong' to a big family is fostered in CLSF Local Missions and Outreaches.
"Enlarge the place of your tent...." — Isaiah 54:1
"Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations..." — Matthew 28:19
From the outset, God has raised CLSF as an apostolic, missionary church, taking heed of the Great Commission as its top marching order. To fulfill this mandate, CLSF adheres to its biblical and ministry philosophy of training and equipping members to be actively involved in the ministry: "Every Member, A Minister" (Ephesians 4:11). This is the key to the CLSF reaching out to the nations of the world and bringing the Gospel of the Kingdom to the ends of the earth. To date, by God's grace, CLSF has more than 500 churches worldwide, reaching out to tribes, tongues, peoples and nations.
CLSF Local Missions & Outreaches
In the Philippines, the Lord has blessed us with mission churches and outreaches all over the country: in Luzon (208); in the Visayas (13); and in Mindanao (56). Many of these are rising up as apostolic churches, meaning, they give birth to daughter churches in their towns, cities, and provinces, and other cross-cultural, indigenous, and tribal churches.
Around 30 percent of our mission churches are in the tribal areas. In Northern Luzon, the Jesus Mountain Praise Ministries (JMPM), led by Kuya June and Ate Rose Alonzo, continues to bring the Gospel of the kingdom to the tribal groups in the Cordilleras and beyond. At present, JMPM has established 84 local churches with 1-3 outreaches each. God has also expanded its boundaries and enabled it to be part of a body of ministry that has touched the whole Philippines, Asia and other nations of the world.
CLSF Mission churches and outreaches are likewise ministering to several tribal groups in different parts of Luzon: the Mangyans in Oriental Mindoro; the Dumagats in Tanay, Rizal, and Angat, Bulacan; and recently, among the Aetas in Mabalacat, Pampanga. In Southern Mindanao, the Simbahang Kristiyanong Lumad (SIMKRIS), led by Kuya Pio and Ate Sonia Arce with their son, Samuel, minister to the Matigsalug tribe in the mountains of Davao and Bukidnon. SIMKRIS and the Kalayag Missions launched various programs for the Matigsalug to address poverty at its roots. By God's grace, SIMKRIS has raised up among the Matigsalug a new generation of local leaders who are most effective in reaching out to their own people.
CLSF Missions to the World
Call to Connect: If you live in Asia, USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, and Cook Islands, and you are looking for a Bible-based and Christ-centered church in your respective country or locality, we invite you to come and connect to fellow believers in any CLSF international mission church nearest you. In a community or 'koinonia' setting, we are able to develop deep friendship and a closer walk with the Lord through caring for one another and nurturing in God's Word, worship, prayer, and witnessing to others. The feeling that 'you belong' to a big family is fostered in CLSF International Mission Churches.
CLSF has made a strong impact in the different nations of the world by reaching out cross-culturally, helping national churches, and in many ways, directly planting CLSF churches in these nations. This is in line with the call to reach the nations with the gospel of the Kingdom as the End of the Age draws near.
Asia Pacific
China, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, the Indochina Nations (Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar); and the Himalayas (India and Nepal)
For the past 40 years, CLSF has forged strategic partnerships with the Tribes and Nations Outreach (TNO), Ethnos Asia Ministries (EAM) and Within Reach Global through cross-cultural missions work, bible deliveries, trainings, discipleship, encouragement, medical missions, and church planting work. CLSF churches in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam were planted by CLSF members working as Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) in said countries.
Likewise, it is noteworthy that God has powerfully used Rev. William "Dad Bill" and Elaine "Mom Lil" Tinsley, CLSF's spiritual parents, in the miraculous and heroic delivery of 1 million Bibles to China through Open Doors with Bro. Andrew at the height of the Communist Cultural Revolution. Dad Bill was one of the brains and implementers of Project Pearl. He designed the barge and piloted the tugboat that delivered the 1 million bibles to an undisclosed beach in China on June 18, 1981.
Middle East
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
The past 40 years saw the emergence of Filipinos seeking better and higher-paying jobs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates. CLSF has planted churches in these two oil-rich nations within the past 40 years. Amazingly, CLSF has planted churches in all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE): Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharja, Ras Al Kaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain. Among the seven Emirates, Dubai has the largest CLSF church, with Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, following next.
Raising Up Watchmen in 22 Middle East Nations
The Lord commissioned CLSF, through the Intercessors for the Philippines (IFP), to raise up Watchmen in 22 Middle East Nations (W22MEN) in 2011 by the prophetic mandate of the Lord through Prophet Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj. In 2015, Bishop "Dan Balais" together with some IFP Board members, traveled non-stop for 9 months, prayed and prophetically proclaimed the word of the Lord, and shared the vision with the believers in these nations: Israel, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Oman, Kuwait, Yemen, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharja, Ras Al Kaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Palestine. The W22MEN team accomplished this unprecedented feat of defying the dangers, difficulties, and risks of traveling-all by God's enabling grace. To this day, IFP still conducts regular W22MEN prayers through Zoom meetings, with the participation of CLSF pastors and leaders in the Middle East, to cover those nations in intercession before the throne of God.
North America
Canada and the United States of America
The years 2001 and 2003 marked the birth of CLSF churches in North America: the United States of America (USA) and Canada, respectively. CLSF churches planted in the USA include: Oxnard (2001) and Long Beach (2019) in California and Reno (2006) in Nevada. After the pandemic, these churches have experienced revival among the young and old people as the Holy Spirit, the Lord of the harvest, is moving again in this End-Time season. In 2007, CLSF Turks and Caicos Islands in the Bahamas off Florida was formed.
In 2003, three CLSF churches were birthed in what is known as "The North of the Earth," namely: CLSF Mississauga and CLSF Windsor in the province of Ontario, and CLSF Calgary in the province of Alberta. In the past 15 years, CLSF Windsor has planted CLSF churches in Leamington, London, Paisley in Ontario; and CLSF Vancouver and CLSF Whistler in the province of British Columbia. To date, four more CLSF churches were established: CLSF Tillsonburg, in Ontario; CLSF Grande Prairie, in Alberta and CLSF Regina, in Saskatchewan. Recently, the CLSF Windsor Family of Churches launched Vision $10/3$ which aims to expand the Kingdom of God in Canada by planting CLSF churches and effective gospel of the Kingdom witness in the ten provinces and three territories.
Kuya Dan, the CLSF Senior Pastor and Spiritual Director, and his wife, Ate Tanette, the CLSF International Elder, directly oversee the churches in North America, with Ate Myrna Fetalvero as the International Coordinator. They visit these churches in their annual apostolic visit to Canada and the USA to strengthen, equip, encourage, advise, and provide prophetic directives to them.
CLSF North American Convention (NAC)
CLSF held a ground-breaking convention in Canada 2019, a year before the pandemic of March 2020. Called the First CLSF North American Convention and Prophetic Conference (NAC-1), it was held on June 27-30, 2019 at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Saint Catharines, Niagara, Ontario, Canada with the theme "Raising Up God's End-Time Army". Kuya Dan, along with Bro. Sadhu and Dr. Bruce were the main speakers at the NAC 1. It was the first event of its kind in the 40-year history of the CLSF Global Family. Attended by more than 450 delegates coming from CLSF churches in Canada and the USA, including more than 150 walk-in, non-CLSF Canadian delegates. It was in this CLSF NAC-1 that the Lord supernaturally put the love for Canada in the heart of Kuya Dan, apostolically releasing all our Canada churches to be married to the land (Isa 62:4-7), and praying for her to fulfill her God-given prophetic destiny as the "leaves that bring healing to the nations" (Rev 22:2).
After CLSF NAC-1, CLSF NAC-2 followed suit last August 4-6, held at the Shaw Convention Center in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The theme of the prophetically significant and destiny-pursuing CLSF NAC-2 that the Lord gave to Kuya Dan was "The Anointing to Heal Nations," taken from Revelations 22:2. Despite many challenges in staging the NAC-2, after a four-year delay because of the global lockdown, the team successfully held it-attended by some 450 delegates coming from CLSF churches in Canada and the USA, with some 120 non-CLSF Canadian delegates and more than 70 children. CLSF NAC-3 was held in Winnipeg, Manitoba on August 29 - September 1, 2024 with the theme Vision $10/3$ "Sending Out Laborers into His Harvest". NAC-4, the most recent prophetic conference, was held in Calgary, Alberta from August 7 to August 11, 2026. The theme" Volunteers in the Day of His Power" underscores the urgent call to equip, prepare and mobilize God's people, especially the youth, to fulfill the Great Commission and reap the final harvest for His end-time purposes.
Australia, New Zealand & Cook Islands
To the Uttermost Part of the Earth
Over the past seven years, the Lord has opened up house churches in the South Pacific region of Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, and Cook Islands as a result of this so-called region 'down under' or South of the equator. Through our new CLSF Church Planting Department, headed by CLSF International Elder Kuya Peter Reyes, ministries have opened up across Australia through the migration of CLSF families and the use of electronic technologies such as Zoom and social media platforms, especially during the pandemic. Today we have CLSF churches in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide); Auckland, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Cook Islands.
CLSF South Pacific Convention
On April 22, 2023, during their first pastoral visit to Rarotonga, Cook Islands, Kuya Dan and Ate Tanette received a revelation from the Lord that CLSF had reached the uttermost part of the earth. Cook Islands, a small South Pacific nation composed of 15 islands scattered across the vast Pacific Ocean, stands as one of the farthest inhabited regions from Jerusalem at a distance of 18,127 kilometers.
While in Rarotonga, the Lord spoke to Kuya Dan: "The gospel has already reached the ends of the earth" (Acts 1:8; Psalm 2:7; Psalm 22:27-28; Isa 66:19). "What remains to be reached is every people, tribe, and nation!". With this revelation came a divine instruction: to hold a CLSF South Pacific Convention in 2025.
In obedience to God's mandate, the first CLSF South Pacific Convention and Prophetic Conference was held on November 26-28 at the Assembly of God (AoG) Ngatangiia Wave Church in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. "To the Ends of the Earth, You are Lord!", the conference theme, saw the gathering of the nations of the South Pacific into a shared movement of worship, mission, and prophetic destiny. This convention marks more than an event-it is a prophetic milestone, a sign that the gospel has circled the globe, and a call to bring the message of Christ to every people group all over the world.
Europe
Denmark, Italy, England and Scotland
CLSF has made an impact in Europe through its homegrown leaders from the KE Satellite churches in Metro Manila and the Jesus Mountain Praise Ministries (JMPM) in Northern Luzon.
