vii. Deadline for bank to bank and LBC payment couriers is on September 23, 2026, Wednesday. After the said date, we will only accept onsite registration. Onsite registration for walk-ins will open at 7:00 AM at the registration area inside the Negros Oriental Convention Center (NOCC). Please check IFP Facebook page for ticket updates and announcements.

viii. After payment verification, IDs may be claimed at the IFP-Central office before the event or sent via courier (Php 200 charged to delegate), or claim on the actual day of the event. The pre-registration area opens at 7:00 AM at registration in Negros Oriental Convention Center (NOCC).

ix. ID Claiming Reminders: PRESENT DEPOSIT or TRANSACTION SLIP upon claiming.
